Description of Products and Services: The Rapid Prototyping and Technology Initiative (RPTI) is a Strategic Sourcing Initiative to increase the Armament,
Research, Development, and Engineering Center's (ARDEC's) ability to provide reliable, responsive, and cost effective support to meet the Warfighter's
immediate field requirements. The Scope of Work for this contract vehicle covers the following basic areas:
- Processing, supply and fabrication of armament related products, components, subassemblies, etc.
- Fabrication and/or refurbishment capabilities of armament related equipment
- Prototyping/Engineering Services
- Foreign Ammo/Weapons/Training for Comparative Evaluation and Testing
Commercial Enterprise Omnibus support services (CEOss)
Period of Performance: The BPA for CEOss was awarded September 17, 2009. Our first task under the BPA was awarded July 21, 2010. The BPA will continue at the
discretion of the U.S. Government through 30 September 2019 provided the prime Contractor maintains a current GSA schedule that has been identified under the applicable
domain.

Description of Services: CEOss is a multi-award contract vehicle through which Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) procures professional services from a group of prime
contractors. The contract is a multi-year, Blanket Purchase Agreement, worth up to $500 million. The scope of this effort includes providing program management, modeling
and simulation, logistics training, supply chain management, training services and course development, acquisition logistics, and complex business assessments to
MARCORSYSCOM. CTC has been a CEOss prime contractor in the Acquisition, Logistics, and Administration (ALA) domain since 2009. CTC also provides a wide range of services to
MCSC through our roles as a partner with prime vendors in the other three domains of CEOss: Business and Analytical Services (BA), Engineering and Scientific Services (ES),
and Specialty Engineering Services (SE).

Description of Services: The NDCEE serves as a national resource for the development and dissemination of state-of-the-art and innovative technologies and
provides a means for transitioning those technologies to the solution of environmental, energy, safety, and occupational health problems. CTC has
operated the NDCEE since its inception in 1991. Through this most recent, competitively awarded contract, we continue to support installations, ranges, weapon
systems, and the warfighter in addressing challenges related to corrosion, waste management/treatment/disposal, water conservation/treatment, industrial base
modernization, renewable energy, industrial hygiene, green procurement, pollution prevention, remediation, emerging contaminants, safety and mishap reduction,
energy conservation, munitions and explosives of concern, and other technology need areas. Our focus is on demonstrating, validating, and fielding technology
solutions in support of the DoD, other government agencies, and the industrial base as they strive to meet sustainability goals and maintain readiness.

Description of Services: The U.S. Government's intent for this acquisition is the award of multiple award contracts to a cadre of best qualified contractors
