Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) – Modern warfare is conducted at longer ranges, with shorter time frames, and with greater precision than ever before.  Overall mission effectiveness increasingly depends upon systems and services external to specific weapon systems.  Those systems and services fall in the domain of command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR).  C4ISR capitalizes on the growing sophistication, connectivity, and reliance on information technology that supports the national defense strategy.  It provides a coherent, integrated, net-centric capability spanning all levels of command . . . national/strategic, operational, and tactical . . . with capabilities tailored to each level of command.  CTC is a premier C4ISR provider and industry leader for information assurance, C4, intelligence integration/analysis and engineering services across the U.S defense and national security communities.  We deliver the most effective technical solutions and professional services.  Our focus is conducting activities that permit our clients to stay ahead of threats to the United States.

Energy and Environmental SustainabilityCTC operates the Department of Defense's state-of-the-art Fuel Cell Test and Evaluation Center(FCTec), as well as the National Defense Center for Environmental Excellence (NDCEE), and is a recognized national leader in demonstrating and validating the performance of a wide range of energy and environmental technologies for military and civilian applications. CTC's work focuses on advanced or emerging technologies that can contribute to energy efficiency and security, environmental sustainability, and pollution prevention, as well as waste management and clean-up.
