CTC has developed online Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM)-conformant training courses designed to educate personnel in identifying and protecting Critical Research Technology (CRT), Critical Program Information (CPI), and Critical System Resources (CSR) beginning in technology development and continuing through the acquisition process.
