CTC Foundation
The CTC Foundation, a not-for-profit organization established in 1998 to extend the mission of CTC, brings together people, resources, and expertise to enhance economic progress and the quality of life. Directed by a Board of Trustees, the Foundation engages individual and institutional donors. CTC Foundation is active in the environmental arena, works with disabled persons (assistive technologies), and is mainstreaming other diverse emerging technologies for the benefit of the general public.

CTC Enterprise Ventures Corporation (EVC)
Enterprise Ventures Corporation (EVC) is a for-profit organization that acts as the technology commercialization arm for CTC. The mission of EVC is to transfer advanced technologies to the industrial base and to deliver high-technology products and services to our clients. CTC Public Benefit Corporation (PBC)
CTC Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) is a not-for-profit organization that promotes the development of state, regional, and national economies by researching and analyzing key public needs and issues, evaluating and designing solutions, and assisting in implementing those solutions. PBC focuses on public/private partnership initiatives that address high-impact public needs or interests with a concentration on economic development, education, entrepreneurship, privatization, and strategic technology policy.
