Cos DiMaggio


Mr. DiMaggio is an experienced executive and visionary entrepreneur. Among his many accomplishments, he grew an idea into a profitable provider of scientific and technical expertise for defense and homeland security clients. He has held technical leadership roles in private corporations and served as a specialist at Congressional Research Service, where he became a go-to Congressional expert on strategic defense issues. He earned a Bachelor of Planetary Geology and a Master of Public Policy Analysis, from the University of Rochester.


The Honorable Nickolas H. Guertin


Mr. Guertin brings more than four decades of combined military and civilian experience in submarine operations, ship construction, maintenance, and the development and testing of weapons, sensors, and combat management systems. He most recently served as the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, and Acquisition, leading the Department of the Navy’s acquisition and contracting programs. Mr. Guertin has also conducted applied research in software-reliant and cyber-physical systems at Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and an MBA from Bryant University, and he is a retired Navy Reserve Engineering Duty Officer and licensed Professional Engineer.


The Honorable Jeffrey K. Harris


Mr. Harris has contributed to U.S. national security in both government and industry for 40 years, where he has fostered new technologies and programs that have contributed significantly to U.S. national capabilities. He served as the assistant secretary of the Air Force for Space, director of the National Reconnaissance Office, and associate executive director of the Intelligence Community. He is retired from Lockheed Martin (LM), where he served as president of LM Missiles and Space Division and president of LM Special Programs Division. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Photographic Science and Instrumentation from the Rochester Institute of Technology.


Josh Salmanson


Mr. Salmanson has more than 25 years of technology, sales, and business leadership with a successful track record guiding technology organizations to achieve and surpass growth objectives. Among his accomplishments is building and leading high-performance teams on large programs of record for leading systems integrators and aerospace/defense firms. He holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in Information and Telecommunications Systems from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
