CTC’s commitment to quality is exemplified by its early participation in the national and international standards-setting organizations and its subsequent ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) and 14001:2015 (Environmental) certifications. CTC was one of the first nonprofit research and development organizations to simultaneously certify to both the ISO 9001 and 14001 international standards, achieving this distinction in 1998. Since that time, CTC has maintained both certifications and all locations conform to ISO practices and procedures.

Continuous Improvement
CTC continuously strives to improve our processes and eliminate waste wherever possible. With support from all levels of management, CTC's Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Health & Safety Management System (EMS) help identify opportunities for improvement in our programs and supporting processes, both internally and for our customers. The result is a robust quality system, which provides clients with ongoing assurance of conformance with their requirements and a commitment to continual improvement in the quality of products/services provided to them. Continued ISO certification since 1998 demonstrates CTC's commitment to quality and to its customers. CTC's contract review, proposal submission, and project management planning processes are all designed to clearly define and meet customer requirements.
