We knew that both Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) and Enterprise Ventures Corporation (EVC) had made the list of Best Places to Work in PA.

At a ceremony in Lancaster on December 8, 2022, we found out how we ranked. According to the Best Places to Work in PA competition, CTC is the 25th best large company to work for in the state and EVC is the 17th best small company.

Representatives from CTC and EVC attended the awards event with the other companies recognized for employee practices, programs, and benefits. Those in attendance agree that it is an honor to be in such good company on this list. They enjoyed meeting and talking with the other organizations who value their employees like our companies do. An in-depth assessment of the organizations includes anonymous employee feedback, which accounts for three quarters of the scoring. Central Penn Business Journal conducts the competition with Best Companies Group.

This is the 14th time CTC has made the Best Places to Work in PA list and the first time for EVC.
