At Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC), we believe in investing in people—and that means supporting leadership opportunities that strengthen our communities and our company. We’re proud to recognize four employees who recently graduated from leadership development programs in Cambria and Somerset Counties.

John B. Gunter Leadership Initiative
John Sinosky, Safety Programs Director, and Zachery Teeter, Senior Utility Engineer, participated in the Cambria Regional Chamber’s program, where they developed key leadership skills, collaborated on community-focused projects, and forged new connections across industries.

  • John’s project, Our Village: Community Educated, Prepared for Life, equips local students with essential life skills like stress management, first aid, and basic car care.
  • Zach’s project, Future Icons of Cambria County, brings high school students together for a week-long event covering career options, financial literacy, mental health, and more.

Leadership Somerset County
Gabe Vinzani, Principal Software Engineering Lead, and John Peters, Principal Software Engineer, completed the program presented by the Somerset County Chamber of Commerce. They joined a diverse team to launch the CYSuitcases Project, which provides quality suitcases to children entering foster care—offering dignity, hope, and a better start to their journey.

All four participants shared very positive assessments of these programs, saying they opened their eyes to the impactful work being done throughout our region—and gave them practical tools and confidence to apply in their leadership roles.
