We are pleased to welcome back Mr. Nickolas H. Guertin to Concurrent Technologies Corporation’s Technical Advisory Board (TAB).
Mr. Guertin was a founding member of the TAB in 2017, providing guidance and expertise in submarine operations, ship construction, maintenance, and the development of weapons, sensors, and combat management systems. He temporarily stepped away from the TAB to serve in senior roles with the Federal Government, including most recently as the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, and Acquisition. Now, having concluded that service, he returns to the TAB to continue supporting CTC’s technical and strategic initiatives.
“Mr. Guertin’s experience and insight were invaluable when the TAB was first formed, and we are very pleased to welcome him back,” said Ed Sheehan, Jr., CTC President and CEO. “His deep knowledge of defense acquisition, applied research, and complex systems will help guide our technical teams and inform strategic opportunities for the company.”
Mr. Guertin brings more than 40 years of combined military and civilian experience. He is a retired Navy Reserve Engineering Duty Officer and a licensed Professional Engineer, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and an MBA from Bryant University.
The CTC Technical Advisory Board was established in 2017 to provide guidance on the company’s technical activities, mentor staff, and identify opportunities to enhance and integrate solutions. Current TAB members include Mr. Cos DiMaggio, Mr. Josh Salmanson, and Mr. Jeffrey K. Harris.
