Workforce Development
Our workforce development solutions bridge the gap between employers’ needs and workers’ competencies. We identify in-demand jobs and emerging industries, then help to design and deliver targeted training programs. This includes collaborating with educational institutions, businesses, and community organizations to create courses, apprenticeships, and certifications. As an early leader in the DoD’s Advanced Distributed Learning initiative to modernize training, CTC enhances and standardizes complex workforce training using a system of systems methodology, open architecture standards, and international learning standards–delivering training transparency across an enterprise. CTC delivers training solutions that include computer-based and classroom-based training, instructor-led training, and customized training solutions and the underlying Total Learning Architecture.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) Solutions
CTC leverages AI and ML to make training development more timely and affordable. We use AI to provide learners with personalized performance feedback, reducing the reliance on expensive human resources. Embodied as 2D, 3D, or chat box avatars, we use ML to train AI bots to become helpful subject matter experts within simulation that can consult on learning topics such as materials corrosion or cybersecurity and that can serve as Non-Player Characters (NPCs) in your learning games and simulation. We deploy solutions that utilize the latest LLMs on public web, private cloud, or locally. Additionally, we can expedite and enhance solutions using AI-assisted writing, graphics, videos, and voice acting, significantly lowering development time and costs while maintaining a high standard of quality.
