Project Highlights
At CTC, we provide the right people, expertise, and tools through our subject matter experts in energy, water, and sustainability policy. Our unique experiences in DoD energy and water security, cybersecurity, mission thread analysis, and mission critical infrastructure ensures compliance with guidance in developing policy and solutions informed by stakeholders (mission owners, installation leadership, communities, and industry) to ensure available and reliable utility systems for each of the installation’s critical mission requirements.

CTC has spearheaded:
  • Project Management: Since 2019, CTC has provided advisory services to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Infrastructure, Energy, and Environment, in close coordination and partnership with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy Office, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), and Department of Energy (DOE) Nuclear Energy Office to demonstrate commercial advanced nuclear reactor technology through a power purchase agreement pilot at Eielson Air Force Base (AFB) in Fairbanks, Alaska.

  • Strategic Planning: We have extensive experience assisting organizations in vision, design and implementation of energy and sustainability policies. CTC has supported the Air Force energy program at the Secretariate level since its inception and continues to break new ground in support of new policies and initiatives.

  • Policy Development: CTC provided exceptional planning, management, analytical, and technical support necessary to execute policy and strategic direction established by Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM) Policy Letter 9-19, Installation Energy Security and implement holistic energy security solutions across Marine Corps Installations.
