What We Can Do For You
Blended Learning
We recognize the value of blended learning as a powerful and appropriate tool for training today’s workforce. We are experienced in both transforming existing curriculum into a blended learning solution and developing blended learning environments from scratch. Our engaging instructors and compelling interactive coursework ensure that you get the most out of this innovative learning strategy.

Mobile Solutions
The evolution of mobile devices and applications has enabled organizations to reach learners at the point of need. We offer a variety of cost-effective mobile learning tools, technologies, and strategies. We develop cutting-edge, secure, mobile training applications for a variety of operating environments. We develop applications quickly through the use of extensive mobile code libraries and our open-source collaborative authoring tool, Cognizen.

Immersive Simulation and Serious Games
Our simulation and serious game solutions are designed to immerse learners in realistic scenarios to increase performance. In one example, CTC uses the latest 3D immersive technology to bring visitors to the John P. Murtha Center for Public Service and National Competitiveness at Pitt-Johnstown face-to-face with the late congressman through a holographic avatar. This simulation engages the public and further generates reflection and discussion.

Exercise Development and Support
CTC’s small group scenario trainer provides the tools necessary to establish, develop, maintain, and distribute a full spectrum training program, allowing individuals and teams to practice operational processes, procedures, and decision-making skills in a collaborative, web-based, scenario-driven training environment. CTC has supported all aspects of exercise development from requirements analysis to design and development to execution support.
