Description of Services: This GSA schedule includes CTC's Professional Engineering
Services (PES), Mission, Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) and Environmental
Schedule (ES). CTC’s PES spans the full engineering life-cycle spectrum and includes
the primary engineering disciplines - chemical, civil, electrical, and mechanical.
CTC's diverse capabilities and experience have made it possible to successfully
blend management and technology to provide comprehensive, productive, and progressive
state-of-the-art solutions to government and industry. The purpose of the MOBIS
is to enable government agencies to improve performance, quality, timeliness and
efficiency throughout their organizations. Our ES services allow federal agencies
to obtain a wide variety of environmental services on a delivery-order basis at
pre-negotiated prices, terms, and conditions. These services include environmental
services designed to support agencies in meeting their environmental requirements.
This may include studies, analyses and documentation of results. Training courses
may include, but are not limited to, conventional methods and computer-based interactive
courses, customized or standardized, on- or off-site.
This contract enables rapid customer access to professional services to assist them
in meeting their information technology (IT) professional services requirements.
CTC can offer services in areas such as IT facility operation and maintenance, IT
systems development services, IT systems analysis services, automated information
systems design and integration services, programming services, IT backup and security
services, IT data conversion services, computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing
(CAD/CAM) services, IT network management services, automated news services, data
services, or other IT services, not elsewhere classified.

Description of Services: OASIS is multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite
Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex
professional services. These contracts:
- Span many areas of expertise and mission spaces;
- Span multiple professional service disciplines;
- Allow flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement,
at the task order level; and
- Allow ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC),
at the task order level.
The core disciplines of the contract include program management services, management
consulting services, logistics services, engineering services, scientific services,
and financial services.
OASIS is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements
that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products
with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level.
The services to be provided under OASIS are intended to meet the professional service
mission requirements of all Federal agencies, including organizations within the
Department of Defense and National Security Community. Since OASIS has no program
ceiling, a five year base and one five year option, and provides for long term planning
for complex program requirements. It also offers a tiered access fee ranging from
0.1 percent – 0.75 percent based on obligation level.
