Recent/Relevant Performance
Marine Corps (Prime Contractor) – Support the Marine Corps’ efforts at HQ Marine Corps, Regions, and Installations developing and implementing strategic vision to address comprehensive energy security and resilience requirements. Tasks include: framing policy direction to meet evolving legislative and executive branch requirements; providing installation reliability, resilience, and efficiency metrics; developing Installation Energy Security Plans; collecting, storing, and analyzing energy/utility/climate data; conceptualizing and developing infrastructure upgrades, including energy and microgrid projects; analyzing utility bills and rates; conducting building-level energy audits; improving energy efficiency; and providing technical support for strategy development.
Support the Marine Corps’ efforts in developing and implementing strategic vision
Air Force (Prime Contractor) – Provide technical expertise to develop the strategies, policies, analyses, strategic communication initiatives, and technical research for installation energy/water, climate, environmental, infrastructure, and safety programs in the Air Force to enhance resilience and improve mission capabilities. Example initiatives include: integration of mission analysis tools to prioritize energy investments; programmatic facilitation of the Energy Resilience and Readiness Exercises; concept development and implementation of a Water Management Dashboard; framework development and implementation to ensure AWIA compliance.
Support the Air force to enhance resilience and improve mission capabilities
Marine Corps (Prime Contractor) – Provide planning and development of a secure Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) Enterprise Enclave. Provide functional and technical programmatic support for securing the Marine Corps’ existing FRCS. Achieve Risk Management Framework (RMF) Authorization To Operate (ATO) status via FRCS Authorization subject matter expertise and dedication. Deliver tomorrow’s cutting edge information today to the FRCS Community Stakeholders.
Provide planning and development of a secure Facility Related Control Systems Enterprise Enclave
Navy (Subcontractor) – Provide engineering field support for mission assurance assessments of installation infrastructure and FRCS for the Department of the Navy, worldwide. The work includes the collection and evaluation of data concerning the criticality of facilities, utilities, industrial control systems, and supporting infrastructure based on mission impacts, probable threats and hazards, and degrees of vulnerability to determine the overall risk posture of the asset.
Provide engineering field support for mission assurance assessments of installation infrastructure and FRCS for the Navy
Army (Subcontractor) – Provide technical expertise to develop the strategies, analyses, and technical research necessary to strengthen installation energy and water management throughout the Army and improve mission capabilities. In addition, provided program/portfolio management, engineering and analysis to the Office of Energy Initiatives to implement solutions, provide capabilities, identify/avoid problems, and engage key stakeholders in the R&D and technology communities to determine the viability of large-scale renewable energy and energy resilience
Provide technical and policy support to the Sustainability and Environmental Compliance Programs for Army medical treatment facilities
Army/Defense Health Agency (Subcontractor) – Provide technical and policy support to the Sustainability and Environmental Compliance Programs for medical treatment facilities (MTFs). Tasks include developing and implementing program policy; implementing sustainability initiatives and annual data calls; conducting baseline compliance assessments; managing the environmental compliance budget; developing webinars and onsite training; coordinating program briefings and program communications (Annual Sustainability Report); and supporting MTF recognition efforts.
